Booking and Term conditions

The prices shown on the website are per apartment and day.

The stays of less than 7 days must be consulted for further approval, except the ones which are less than 4 nights.

Your personal data will receive the treatment they deserve in accordance with the Data Protection Law, and in no case shall be transferred to third parties for any commercial or other action.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be subtracted from the deposit paid (50% of the renting) as follows:

5% if the cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance with a minimum of 100€

25% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to the entrance date minimum of 100€

50% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the entrance date minimum of 100€

100% if the cancellation is made 15 days or less prior to the entrance date minimum of 100€

In case of force majeure, and by that we mean pandemics, natural disasters, etc. the agence will retain 100€ as a management fee, with no limits to the annulment date.

If the user has not taken the apartment past 24h from the initial date of the contract, if has not advised of the delay, the contract will be considered null and the agency may provide the accommodation again without any claim or refund.

Special requests must be notified before the date of entry or at the time of booking. But in any case, the granting thereof is guaranteed.

At the entrance of the accommodation, an amount will be delivered as a deposit which will be refunded in full on departure, unless there has been some kind of malfunction.

The entrance to the apartments takes place from 16:00 at 19:00. The output of the apartments is a maximum at 10:00 am.

The maximum number of occupants is established at the time of booking. In no case it can be exceeded unless prior report to the agency.
