What should I do to make a reservation?
To make a reservation, you have two options: either through our website or directly with one of our representatives via email or telephone.
In the first case, it is necessary to include the price of the apartment to book. Once done the payment and filled out the form, one of our representatives will contact you in the period 24/48 hours to finalize the booking and the remaining details. For accommodation listed " price upon request " should contact us directly.
In the second case, they should first confirm the price and availability of the apartment, to then send all your data and accompanying data and the corresponding payment of the 50% of the total.
In both cases, once we have received the first payment for the amount, the contract will be shipped by mail or email.
What are the accepted payment methods?
For the first payment and booking confirmation, the payment methods accepted are: bank transfer, credit card (via website), money order or cash. In any case checks will be accepted.
Is cleaning included in the price?
In all cases, a cleaning will be done before to the property entrance. We will ask for a minimum of cleaning on departure. It may require extra cleaning, which will be paid apart from the reservation.
Are there optional services?
Offer optional services such as barbecue, sheets, extra bed, child bed, etc. The price of these services is not included in the reservation price, but you have the option to add them when booking.
Are pets allowed?
All accept apartments animals, except in the accommodation description indicated otherwise allowed. Every pet will have an extra cost of 30€ which shall specify at the time of booking .
Is there any discount for children?
The cost of accommodation is the same regardless of the number of people staying. Anyway, children under 16 don’t pay the holiday tax.
What is included in the accommodation price?
The price includes water, electricity and gas. An initial cleaning and cost of air conditioning to 200kw per week are also included. If you surpass that amount we will invoice it apart.
What if I´m missing utensils or household?
The accommodation is fully equipped a priori. However, if you miss some utensils you may notify us and we will be ready to provide them .
