ANTI-COVID MEASURES IN THE OFFICE
- It is mandatory to wear a mask all the time inside the office.
- We only allow on person for each reservation to do the chek in and the chek out in our office.
- The allowed maximum capicity is 2 people without including the company staff.
- It is mandatory to clean your hands with desinfection gel when you come inside the office. You will find gel dispensers around the office.
- All the time the clients must be at least 1,5m in distance form others, inside the and outside the office in the queue.
- In the waiting queue the clients will respect the arrival order.
- It is strictly forbidden to take or cross the protective screens that split the clients and the workers.
- Our employees will sanitize chairs and tables after each client.
- We will sanitize the keys before give them to the client.
- The check in will be at 16:00h, provided that our employees do not tell you otherwise.
ANTI-COVID MEASURE IN OUR APARTMENTS
- The client only can enter to the apartment whe the cleaning will be finished. The chek out day he will let the keys before 10:00 am, to avoid the contact with the cleaning and office employees, and to assure the sufficient time for sanitize the apartment. Provided the office employees said otherwise.
- Our apartments are only for our clients, except for community areas if they have them.
- All apartments are cleaned, vented and sanitized by specialized and experienced employees. We use sanitized cleaning products to clean the apartments.
- All the bed and pillow covers are non-reusables and we change them at each change of guests.
- All the unnecessary house linen are reduced to the minimum. The house linen which still at the apartment are cleaned and sanitized.
