The apartment has three bedrooms ( one with a double bed, and two with two individual beds each one), a dining room, a independent kitchen, a terrace, a little private garden, a bathroom, a toilet, and a community garden with pool with a shallow end. Pets not accepted.
This fantastic apartment it’s in Sant Carles a quite zone in Llançà, next to the Port's urban centre, near to the principal shops and restaurants, the Port beach, the Gola beach, Sant Jordi beach, the promenade and the Port .
Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes...)This little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.
Llançà it’s near Figueres, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with D.O Empordà.
