This cosy apartment is located at the urban zone of the Port, of the coast and familiar village of Llançà, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes...)

This little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history and culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Llançà it’s near Figueres too, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with D.O Empordà.

It has three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another one with two single beds and the last one trundle bed), two bathrooms one with shower and another one with bath, an inside patio, a modern kitchen, a dining room, a terrace in the sea front and a indoor parking place. Totally equipped and furnished! Pets not accepted.

This fantastic apartment it’s in the urban centre in front the Port beach, the promenade and the Port. It's near the principal restaurants and shops of the zone too. And it's a few steps of Farella beach.

Cancellation conditions

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be subtracted from the deposit paid (50% of the renting) as follows:
  • 5% if the cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance with a minimum of 100€
  • 25% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 50% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 100% if the cancellation is made 15 days or less prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • In case of force majeure, and by that we mean pandemics, natural disasters, etc. the agency will retain 100€ as a management fee, with no limits to the annulment date.
