Magnificent cozy semi-detached house has a small garage, where you will find a toilet with a space to store beach utensils, bicycles etc... On the first floor there is a dining room, an equipped kitchen with a 6m2 terrace overlooking the sea .
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a complete bathroom with bathtub and a 20m2 terrace with artificial grass. Does not accept animals.
The house is in the quiet Coma de Llançà area, close to the Tonyines beach and a few minutes from the center of Port de Llançà, where you will find the Port beach, the Gola beach, the main restaurants and shops in the area, the promenade and other places of tourist interest.
Pets are not allowed.
Llançà is a family-friendly coastal town, where you can enjoy many water activities (kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, etc.). And mountain activities (hiking, the GR 9, the Camino de Sant Jaume, discovering the dolmens of the area and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others). Llançà is also close to Figueres, where you will find shops, restaurants and the beautiful museum of Salvador Dalí. Also very close you will find the rustic town of Peralada with its large Casino, and the small towns of Alt Empordà with their famous vineyards and wines with D.O Empordà.
