This sea front apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen, a large dining room, a fantastic terrace with sea views, an outside parking place and a community garden with barbecue. Pets not accepted.

It is in Cau del Llop, a quite zone in the outside of Llançà, near to the Cau del Llop beach, a five minutes by car to the Port's urban centre, where you will find the principal restaurants and shops, the Port and Gola beach, the marina port and another see sights.

Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes...)This little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Llançà it’s near Figueres too, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with D.O Empordà.

Cancellation conditions

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be subtracted from the deposit paid (50% of the renting) as follows:
  • 5% if the cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance with a minimum of 100€
  • 25% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 50% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 100% if the cancellation is made 15 days or less prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • In case of force majeure, and by that we mean pandemics, natural disasters, etc. the agency will retain 100€ as a management fee, with no limits to the annulment date.

Excellente situation et très belle vue. Un appartement très lumineux et confortable. Un bémol cependant pour le confort de la literie, l’absence de produits d’entretien basiques que nous avons dû acheter et ensuite laisser sur place ( liquide vaisselle, éponge…). Nous avons également dû acheter un balai suiffer avec des lingettes pour la poussière et une serpillère car le balai sur la terrasse était trop sale pour l’utiliser à l’intérieur. Il n’y a pas non plus d’aspirateur alors que c’est vraiment nécessaire vu la poussière qui entre par la porte avec le vent et le sable ou les graviers en revenant de la plage. Nous avons également signaler à l’agence le fait de mettre un rideau à la fenêtre du salon qui donne directement sur la terrasse du voisin afin d’avoir plus d’intimité. Pour finir nous remercions le personnel de l’agence très professionnel et à l’écoute durant le séjour.
