This fantastic apartment it’s in the middle of Cap Ras in Llançà, near to the natural park, the beaches ant the seaside paths and a 10 minutes of the Ports urban centre, where you will find the principal shops and restaurant, the Port and Gola beaches, the marina port and other important see sights.

Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes...)This little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Llançà it’s near Figueres too, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with D.O Empordà.

Cancellation conditions

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, a fee will be subtracted from the deposit paid (50% of the renting) as follows:
  • 5% if the cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance with a minimum of 100€
  • 25% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 50% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • 100% if the cancellation is made 15 days or less prior to the entrance date with a minimum of 100€
  • In case of force majeure, and by that we mean pandemics, natural disasters, etc. the agency will retain 100€ as a management fee, with no limits to the annulment date.

Appartement bien propre à l'arrivée, les matelas des 2 petites chambres ont été changés, on y dort vraiment mieux et de nouvelles plantations ont été faites au jardin, que du bonheur pour les habituées que nous sommes 🤗

La nostra experiència al vostre apartament és extraordinària. És petit però supercòmode i sobre tot, super ben situat: tenir la platja literalment a 2 passes és genial. Aquest any el temps ens ha fallat una miqueta.... Però tot i així, també ha estat fantàstic. Moltes gràcies i fins l'any que ve!!!! I si mai us queda alguna setmana lliure, digueu-m'ho si us plau....

Es una casa que ja coneixiem perque haviem visitat a la nostra amiga Teresa Soler. I ens va agradar tant, que varem voler llogar nosaltres, per poder-hi portar a la familia: ells que no ho coneixien han quedat meravellats!!! I nosaltres també, es clar.... Es una ubicació fantastica i la casa, encara que petita, es comoda i facil de viure, i te tot el que es pot necessitar. Hem passat uns dies genials: moltes gràcies i fins l'any que ve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
